A little about myself

I have always been creative and curious, always looking for opportunities to challenge myself and learn something new along the way. I have an affinity for data analytics/data science because I find it to be a universal way of communicating as well as a way to add structure to my problem-solving to aid in making the best possible decisions.

With a unique story like my own comes a unique resume. I worked full-time while I pursued my associate's degree, and I worked my way up to being an EA. After I finished my associate's degree I took a gap year to have my son before enrolling at Purdue. Because of this unique journey, I had the fortune of having a real-world context for everything I was learning at Purdue. This allowed me to approach my work with a unique perspective, while also maximizing what I took away from my time in the Integrated Business & Engineering program as a single mom. While not traditional, my journey has given me a unique perspective to any project I'm a part of, and the confidence in myself to do impossible things.
